Fernando Bales is interested in exploring new material techniques to rethink objects, architecture, and the fields in between. Rooted in both architecture and fabrication, his work seeks playful forms, rich tactility, and surprising structures as a means of enlivening unexpected contexts. Fernando received a Masters of Architecture degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2013 and his studio, FPB Studio, is located in Pontiac, MI.
